Changes to our Terms & Conditions
Please note the below changes to our Terms & Conditions effective immediately.
Please see the links below to access our revised corporate Terms and Conditions dated September 2020 Rev 3, along with the new RHA Conditions of Carriage 2020, which became effective on the 1st September 2020.
Collett & Sons Limited uses the Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage as they may be amended from time to time, and these terms and conditions shall have effect to the exclusion of all other terms including the customer’s own.
